Get your customer's current live location or other destination. In some business cases, customer location is important when it comes to delivery and other door-to-door services.

Digital Connect feature has customer location mapping derived from Google Maps.

Getting Started

To utilize the Location Sharing Feature effectively in Digital Connect, follow these steps:

1. Access Location Sharing: Log in to your account, connect with your customer and navigate to the Location Sharing feature from the left menu of the application.

2. Select Action: Begin by pressing Request Location.

3. Click Request: Upon request it shows your customer a container to Share Location.

4. Review Location: Your customer can start a location sharing session by searching address or sharing live location.

5. Copy/Paste Coordinates: Copy and paste coordinates for external business usage.
