During a Digital Connect Session, the customer is asked to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used for contacting and identification. Personally, identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

Getting Started
To utilize the Document Collection Feature effectively in Digital Connect Application, follow these steps:
Access the Document Collection: Log in to your account, connect with your customer and navigate to the Document Collection feature from the left menu of the application.
Select Action: Begin by selecting a document to be requested to your customer.
Click Request: Upon request it shows your customer a container to upload.
Preview the Uploaded Document: Open the customer uploaded document and review the quality.
Explore Features: Discover additional features such as tagging, downloading, cropping and OCR extracting to enhance your document collection experience.
Manage Permissions: Configure access permissions and roles to control who can download or auto/manually extract the OCR.
