Overview
A Scheduled Session is a pre-planned meeting or collaboration session with specific start and end date and time.
Users can schedule sessions in advance and invite participants.

Starting Scheduled Session
Accessing the Scheduling Feature
Navigate to the DC calendar page
Look for any available scheduled session or create one
Setting Session Details
Click on 'Create Schedule' or hover your mouse to your desired date to create
Enter primary session details, including name, title, date, time, and mobile number
Select the preferred channel: SMS or email
Inviting Participants
Click on the "Add" button upon creating a schedule
Participants receive a notification invitation with the scheduled session details
Participants receive another invitation when the user started the session
Starting a Scheduled Session
Select the scheduled session you want to be started
Press the "Start" button to continue
Wait for the customer to connect
Joining Instructions
Participants can join by clicking the provided link received via SMS or email
No application is needed to download
Provide the PIN to connect to your participants

Ending the Session
Concluding the Discussion
The User can conclude the session by announcing the end of the discussion.
Ensure all important points are covered before ending.
Collecting feedback from the Participants
Encourage participants/customers to provide feedback after the session.
Use feedback to improve future Scheduled sessions.
Note: Before the DC outbound session creation, ensure the customer you would like to connect with is on the line with you, you could have an initial phone call to brief them accordingly. Let's say the customer agreed to connect with you digitally on this platform, then stay on the line until you get connected digitally.
Tips.
Overdue sessions
are sessions with passed dates. Starting an overdue session is allowed.
You are not allowed to Start a scheduled session, if it is assigned to someone else.
