Access Extract OCR: Log in to your account, connect with your customer and navigate to the Extract OCR feature within the application.
Select Action: Begin by selecting a KYC document from the left menu of the application to be requested to your customer.
Click Request: Upon request it shows your customer a container to upload a KYC such as ID, passport, visa or driver's license.
Upload an Image: Start by uploading images containing the text you want to extract.
Choose Recognition Language: Select the appropriate language for text recognition, if necessary.
Initiate OCR Process: OCR process can be manually or auto initiated, and the application will extract text and data.
Review: Review the extracted text and data for accuracy, make any necessary corrections, and update the results to be saved and used later in the forms and system comparison.
