  3. Receive Documents: Customers can share images via live camera capture or from the gallery and/or pdf files from their mobile devices.

  4. Share Documents: Share predefined documents from the resources panel from the left menu of the application.

  5. Collaborate in Real-Time: Collaborate with customers in real-time on shared documents, providing signatures, asking to accept or reject, and providing feedback.
