Digital Connect co-browse is a collaboration tool that can be used during video or chat interactions to enable you to see the screen of the customer that you're interacting with in real-time.
During form co-browsing, you see the customerβs screen and can provide guidance and insights about what the customer is doing or seeing. In many cases, the issue can be resolved more quickly, with a greater level of understanding and satisfaction, by viewing the same content at the same time.
It has a configuration in field masking to block sensitive information and action. At the end of the form co-browsing, the customer can sign digitally and submit the form successfully

Access Co-browsing: Log in to your account, connect with your customer and navigate to the Co-browsing forms from the left menu of the application.
Select a Form: Begin by selecting a co-browse form to be filled out by your customer.
Click Request: Upon request it shows your customer the form to fill up.
Initiate Co-browsing: Start a co-browsing session with a customer who requires assistance in completing a form.
Guide and Assist: Use the co-browsing tools to highlight form fields, annotate instructions, and provide real-time guidance by requesting to control remotely.
End Session: Conclude the co-browsing session once the customer has successfully completed the form or resolved their issue.
