Allow Encryption
Video Call and Screen Recording Encryption
Log in to DC Supervisor App
Go to Settings > Video > Recorder > Select App Id
Click the iconand look for the
"EncryptionConfiguration"
Set "EnableEncryption": true
to enable the feature
Save it!

Once enabled, the video calls and screen recording files will be encrypted
Tips.
In case of any changes in the config, restarting/updating the video service in the Portainer is a must.
The user has to re-login and create a new session with the customer to reflect the changes.
