Purpose

Allow you to send texts, share photos, documents, and predefined videos. A media message appears on the channel similar to a text-only message but with additional properties that let you know the media's size as well as content type and default filename and documents tags.

Your chat conversation is upgradable to video chat. It is saved and recorded for the later stream to retrieve the media associated with a message and show it to your Supervisors.

  2. Start a Conversation: Initiate a conversation by sending predefined quick text or greetings.

  3. Send Messages: Type your message in the chat box and press Enter or the Send button to send it. You can also attach files or send document requests.

  4. Explore Features: Discover additional features such as sharing resources from the left menu such as documents, image and Youtube videos to enhance your chat experience.
