Step 2: Get your valid user credentials

• Active username and password

• Configured role, tenant, site, and campaign assignment

Step 3: Open the recommended web browser

• DC supports the major browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge

• For iOS mobile devices, the browser supported is Safari only with version 13.4+

• For android devices, we recommend to use Chrome and MS Edge with android 5.0+

• We recommend to use the latest or popular mobile device model with higher specs

Step 4: Start your first Digital Connect session

• Create on-the-spot session by manually filling out the customer form

• Create on-the-spot session by auto filling the customer form

• Create a scheduled session from your DC calendar

• Receive an Inbound Session by setting Ready in the assigned campaign
