Export Conversation/Video

Go to the Conversation main page or Video main page.

Press the Export to Excel icon!

Before performing an export procedure, it is a good idea to review the data or search criteria that you want to export to make sure that it contains the desired report content.

Download as PDF

Inside the Conversations detail page on the upper right corner of the screen, click the three-dots icon then select the Download as pdf.

It downloads the selected conversation history in PDF format with the timestamp.

Only closed/completed conversation is allowed to get downloaded.
